The store is great and Ali is fantastic; however, Xfinity's customer service phone reps suck as well as the corporate headquarters in PA. Their streaming service is a joke and trying to watch live TV on your computer is enough to send even the most patient person through a wall. Despite technicians coming out to my home to try and diagnose the issues and seeing first hand on their devices and at their location in Tigard they still haven't resolved the streaming issues. Their monopoly on high speed service is what keeps their customers and not anything else.
