I came in on a weekday evening and was greeted and helped immediately. I returned my equipment and got my bill adjusted. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. I greatly appreciate the person who helped me! Sandra Perez---You are such a talented Customer service rep to Comcast. New to the area with a unexpected bump in our services, you listened ( will a smile ) and guided me to getting service. The guys at the house got it set up to my lap top to my TV. Believe me it was a joyous occasion. Silly me..LOL. Thank you for all you do. You are great at your job. If I have a issue in the future, I know the where and the who person to go to. Making an appointment was easy and right on time. No wait..Rock star customer Service.Cheers.
