Nice place. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. I needed to return something too big to fit into the outside drop box, so I took a number. After a few minutes, one of the employees noticed me and asked if I were returning something or making an exchange. Saved me waiting. Then he made the rounds of the room and asked everyone. Smart guy. Good service. I was so not ready for spending some not so excited time there as I read people's review... However, Ester changed the game! She was very helpful and honest about price, service, and devices. Whole process was easy and clear! Ester made my day!
