Love the service and love the employees. Lines aren't always short but move quickly! Thanks everyone at nimbus! My experience with Comcast itself to set up was maybe 2 stars. I finally went into the store because after placing an online order (two weeks later) when my move in date was approaching I had not received the self install kit etc. The representative at the location was extremely nice but she ran my credit again after I explicitly told her it had been ran before by Comcast - when I placed the order online initially. She said she saw that and she agreed with me saying it was not necessary to run it again but ran it anyways :/ a few days later I get a bill saying my service is due already? Anyways, I received an email survey I decided to do and sure enough I get a call from the representatives MANAGER who fixed everything! Literally speechless. Thank you! Thank you! I'm beyond happy, they were able to give me faster internet for the same price as advertised online
