It looks like these guys have a lot to contend with. While it's still true that some of Comcast's policies are the absolute worst, the people I experienced at this center were absolutely fantastic and friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of some of the corporate policies and practices of the parent company. Whoever reads this please rest assured that the individuals that work at this branch are happy to help with whatever concerns you have, and with a company like Comcast I'm sure you have at least several.
