Best experience with Comcast ever! We upgraded to X1 with every channel and are saving $80 a month for 2 years Disclaimer: this review is specifically for the store. The Comcast service itself--which, of course, would be associated with all stores, if any at all--so far has about a 1 star out of 5 to me. Anyway, for the store... I had to go in two days in a row to pick up equipment and both times was helped by Ali (awesome guy, btw). Both times Ali helped me figure out what we had to do to set everything up, and he was very understanding and chill about some... we'll call them "misunderstandings"... that my wife and I had about the pricing and service. Once we figured out that we got bad and outright wrong information from the Comcast online "help" (which is the reason Comcast itself gets 1/5 stars) , Ali quickly and efficiently got us back on track.
