COMPLAINT NOT RECOMMENDATION In March 2017 Sanford Molina (contractor/owner) of Tico's Way LLC was given $2,850.00 as deposit for construction of 4 closets in our home. Molina told us he estimated the job would take 1 week to complete. Since that time Molina has done very little work and has provided not more than $200.00 worth of materials for the job. On March 15, 2017 Molina advised that some changes had to be made due to unforeseen problems on the project and he needed an additional $350.00 to continue work. He was given $350.00 At present we have 3 huge holes in our wall. On numerous occasions we have tried to contact him to make arrangements to complete the project without success. He NEVER showed up when he has promised either being hours late, or not showing up at all, and he made no contact to advise us that he would not be coming. We made numerous attempts to contact him over the following weeks to no avail. On the last attempt we sent him an email on May 31 asking when he might return to the house to complete the work. He replied he can return on June 14, 15, 16. On June 13, I sent him a reminder email and asked him what time he will be arriving. He replied that he will be here on June 15 & 16 at 8:00 AM. On June 15, we waited the entire day and he never showed up and never contacted us by any means to let us know he was not coming. We made several attempts to contact him by telephone over the next 2 days and never received any response.
