I was pleasantly surprised walking into the store! With cable and phone stores it's hit or miss with good service but as soon as I walked in the door it was wonderful. I was greeted name out on list of 6 but called up within 10 mins. Then in and out in the same amount of time with everything handled and no stress added!! So if you need to go don't worry it's not a bad set up! Great service! They were efficient, kind and knowle dgable about what XFINITY/Comcast offers. I wish they could coach the Comcast customer service representatives that I talk to over the phone because my experiences with the phone reps have been terrible.
