Kudos to the team for good customer service. Went in on a Friday because the phone lines were down and I could not place a service request. I was visiting my elderly mother who was having problems with her TV and didn't know what to do. The staff listened to the symptoms she was experiencing and recommended a new box. Within a couple hours the new box was installed and the old equipment returned. Very easy job and zero hassle! Thanks Comcast!!!!!
