Surprisingly fast and great service! Comcast ( xifinity) gets a bad rep. To be honest I didn't know what to expect. I pulled up to this location after work (around 6 pm). It was spacious, modern, and my favorite. ...empty! I was greeted by an associate who assisted me with my issue. He was knowledge and worked quick to resolve my issue. I thought I would need to "sign over my life" to get a replace device. HAHAHa. NOPE! The associate made the process simple and carefree. Thumbs up! Very easy experience! Came here to drop off rental equipment and it took less than 5 minutes. I will admit that it was on a weekday so the place was empty but still. Friendly and efficient customer service. Large parking lot since it's in a mall. Would recommend this location!
