Excellent team work from Lock Key Store. Gary and Eric together managed to rekey the locks in the entire building within two hours! After the master key went missing, the security of the entire property was in jeopardy. Despite the late hour, these guys didn’t hesitate to rush to my aid. What an incredible guy! It barely took Tony ten minutes to fix my lock and get it running once again! My home was located in one of those remote, quiet areas in Westerville and while the serenity was bliss, the cost I had to pay for it wasn’t. Managing the keys was getting hectic and it wasn’t long before someone managed to sneak off a key from the key bunch and use it to gain access to the storage area. I needed a solution and called up Lock Key Store for the same. Ronnie was very helpful and listened keenly to my requirement. He provided two options: install keyless locks or rekey to a master key system. I didn’t really have the budget to replace all the locks in the property with the digital ones and so I told him to go ahead with the second option. From 24 keys, the number was brought down to 3 with one master key that operated all the locks. Ronnie even installed a key safe to ensure there is no key theft in the future.
