Nasir was literally the most helpful person who works at Comcast! I came in and brought in an old modem (little did I know that I was being charged for the use of it for months...) and he was able to get it checked in and work with me to discover that I no longer needed it and credited my account. He was very responsive on email, was extremely easy to work with and polite, and made my experience great! I suggest going in in the mornings because it seems like it is less busy then.If you are in need of great treatment and you are sick and tired of the people at Comcast not being kind, go see Nasir...he is the best! He also can take appointments so it is better to do that so you don't have to wait.
