I wanted to review my recent experiences with Xfinity. We were moving into a new home but would be having a period of temporary accommodations for a couple months. I wanted to keep my home number and email address, as well as the ability to watch TV online in a house that did not have TV service. I visited the Redmond Xfinity store and Trayon and Oliver were able to accommodate my wishes. I had the impression that what I was asking for was not a usual circumstance, so it took some time to get it worked out. Over the next couple of months I had need to extend the sort of 'suspended service', and they were terrific each time I contacted them. The move went off without a hitch and I'm quite happy to be settled in our new house with my service resumed as expected
