Much more productive and friendly to visit this place over calling Comcast customer service number. I had an extremely positive experience at this location. There was no line when I arrived as it opened at about 8 AM. I was there to return a cable box and Internet modem+router as I was moving from Arlington, VA to a new DC address. Special shout-out to Brenda for being so helpful and friendly in explaining everything. Not only did she deactivate my service for my old address, but she activated new service for my new address right there on-the-spot for a self-move. I highly recommend going to this place in-person versus speaking with Comcast customer service over the phone. I've been on 45 minute calls with customer service that accomplished nothing after being transferred from department to department, but this Arlington service center completely exceeded my expectations.
