If someone knows the industry price for various locksmith services, that’s me! Being a realtor, I’ve had to deal with missing keys, lock installations, repairs, door setups, and so on. So, I’m not new to locksmiths, especially to those in Franklin. After the regular guy I hired bailed out, I had to look for other options. Having exhausted nearly all the options, Anchor Locksmith Store was the only one I hadn’t tried out yet and decided to call them up. Everything I thought I knew about the locksmith industry in Franklin went down the drain! Anchor Locksmith Store offered downright the cheapest rates in the industry! Wish I’d found them sooner.
Now I know that Anchor Locksmith Store is the best. I’ve deleted all the numbers of other locksmiths for 615-326-4713 is the only number I’ll ever need for all my locksmith needs…

I called Anchor Locksmith Store to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. But with Anchor Locksmith Store, I was charged nothing extra to what was quoted initially! Honest and upfront pricing makes the deal still sweeter! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY!

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Anchor Locksmith Store. Despite John from Anchor Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!
They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Franklin….
