This review is in regards to the location and the employees and does not reflect on Comcast Corporation as a whole. I have only gone in here once to provide proof of overdraft charges incurred because Comcast randomly charged my autopay card twice and to get a credit for my overdraft fees placed on my account. The employees were all personable, empathetic and ready to help. 1 visit solved the issue and haven't had any problems since.
