Just spoke with Phillip in Minnesota about trying to lower our bill so we wouldn't have to switch to Direct tv, and he was literally the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in my life. I have had some truly terrible experiences with comcast in the past and I was looking forward to the same shit tonight when we called. What we got however was Phillip, who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Thanks Phillip, you the real MVP!
