Really satisfied with the overall customer service I experienced with this XFINITY store location. Upon arriving, we checked in. Waited about 5 minutes and was greeted by Austin. As a new customer, he was able to provide options and as well as exceptional service. If I had any questions regarding anything, I was able to email him and he got back to me very quickly. I signed up for cable, internet, and home security.Installation was scheduled for today and I was expecting them to come in between 8-10am. Was very surprised and pleased that they came right at 8. The guys that came in were very professional and very thorough with their work. The guys who did the cable and internet even gave us a little quick tutorial on how to use the X1. And the guys who did the home security did a run through on how to work the security system as far as arming, disarming, etc. Very impressed and happy with overall service! Keep up the good work! :)
