Like all internet providers nowadays they have a monopoly so they're not cheap, but I just haven't had the issues most ppl seem to be reporting. When Aloha experienced an outage, a tech was at my house same day to help. The customer service is clearly outsourced & those sales attempts are annoying (why are you still trying to sell me a cable package when I just told you I don't own a TV?) But the in -store service was great, which is what I'm rating here. If I could rate Comcast based on their business practices or ethics they wouldn't be getting quite so many stars (maybe one star, lol). But in terms of actual service provided at this local store and at my house, I have no complaints so far. Speeds are excellent and customer support does actually make every effort to help.
