I normally dislike dealing with Comcast, especially over the phone, but I had a good experience with the people in this store. Michael Jones was really helpful and gave me a good deal and treated me fairly. Dealing with the folks in the store is 1000 x better than calling some service center thousands of miles away. When dealing with the inevitable billing issue I will plan on going back in store and speaking with Michael and team.
