I called comcast, tried to troubleshoot a cable box, told the service rep I would go to this store in Lynnwood the next day. It's located at the other end of the Alderwood Towne Center from Michael's, about a 10 minute walk from the corner of 33rd Ave and Alderwood Mall Pkway. I walked in, checked in at the desk, and waited about 15 mins for a rep to become available. There should be a PA system because although you can see your name on the screen, if you're visually impaired you don't have a clue until the rep yells your name. And they could number the desks so you know where to go. The rep was friendly, swapped the box for a newer model and advised me to activate it once I got home. Took about 5 mins and I was on my way with a smile on my face.
