ok, this review is about the office located in alexandria, va. all i needed to do was exchange my remote control because it was damaged. i got in line and was immediately asked if i only need a new remote. the rep handed me a new remote and i was out the door in seconds. good experience. ok, wait a second. i am going through another issue with the company. i upgraded from a basic channel package which somehow had HBO included. i paid more for an upgrade and specifically asked if the HBO would still be in the package which i was told yes. upgrade has no HBO and now i would need to pay even more for that. i was however offered showtime for six months and no cost. unfortunately we liked the programs on HBO
