Super quick service! Lewis got there within fifteen minutes and the entire door installation took less than an hour. I’d cleared a 5-hour slot to oversee the work for nothing! Lewis and his team at Safe Key Store deserve a huge shout-out for the amazing work they’ve been doing in West Columbia. Will I call them again? YES.

Now I don’t wanna ramble on here. Let’s keep this short and snappy.
I called Safe Key Store and as usual, these guys were right on time. It was I who wasn’t! After being stuck in an extended office meeting, I completely forgot that I had an appointment with Jamie at 8 pm. Despite receiving no information from me, I found Jamie waiting outside my door at 8:15 pm. Such dedication!! I’m truly amazed!!! Thanks to Jamie for being so patient! He didn’t even seem bothered that I’d wasted his time..
I don’t think any other locksmith could have been this accommodative! Five stars for excellent customer service. In my opinion, Safe Key Store is the No.1 firm in West Columbia. Call them on 803-497-9018 and you’ll know just how efficient Jamie and his team is!

The lock that a local locksmith claimed would last 3 years was now jammed – and it didn’t even take 3 weeks for problems to start showing up! I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at Safe Key Store were extremely understanding of my situation. I called them up after finding their number listed on their website http://www.WestColumbia.Safe-Key-Store.com and they took less than 15 minutes to get there. They got the lock working temporarily and I scheduled an appointment the next day, to get them replaced with better ones. Smooth, efficient and completely affordable! As far as I know, they’re the best in West Columbia!
