I opened a new account in March of this year and it has been nothing but trouble. First I made a payment and told I would call back if I decided to use my own router. I call back less than 24 hours and they cannot find my payment or my account. When they finally find an account I was labeled under company status and was on the phone for about an hour till it was straightened out. I sign up for ebill and when I went to pay my bill I am not set up on ebill so I ask to please put on it. Because if this my services were cut off and the information given about my first bill was misleading. The activation fee was waived due to no ebill set up. Within 3 wks I start to have technical troubles and have to get assistance all is fine. Within thr same wk I have to call back for the same issues this time I also asked to change my wifi name and password. I spoke to Shelia and she was so not helpful. She did not understand anything I said and had to keep repeating myself over and over. We were on that call for almost 2 hrs yo still end up with the default wifi name and a secondary password because Shelia could not understand english. I was told I would get a discount because of the issues and to buy an wifi booster for my less than 1000 sq ft apartment. I recieve a bill in the mail for more than it should be and I spoke with a supervisor and she tells me I did not make a payment but cannot tell me anything else about my bill but happy to transfer me to another department after I help for 10
