Only she can't cancel the account until we return the equipment that was "installed" the previous Friday. I could not seem to make anyone in the call center understand that we Do. Not. Have. Their. Equipment. Three hours later, and it is now 2:00, I basically threatened to call the Fraud Line for my state's Attorney General's office, and low and behold, the woman in billing was able to cancel the order. Super.
