URGH!! I decided to go with Century Link because Century Link screwed up our order and what I really wanted was going to cost a fortune. Century Link was going to save us $40/month for a cable/phone/internet bundle. Then the technician showed up and was having difficulty. He called his supervisor and they decided that a cable needed replaced in order for it to work. They spoke with the property manager and maintenance of the complex where I live and said they would be coming out to replace the cable since it was equipment owned by Century Link, not the apartment building. However, I never received a phone call stating that they were coming out to replace the cable. I had the original technician's phone # and called him and he said he was going to talk to his supervisor and call me back. Never happened! Then, I set up a new appointment and was told that they were in contact with the local office to contact me about the cable that needed replaced. I set up a new appointment and behold, no one has contacted me as to when they are coming out today and it's past noon! What the heck is going on with this company? I've called the company today and a rep just called me, he had no knowledge about a cable being replaced. So now they're wasting everyone's time. I don't want to go with Century Link, but I may be forced to if they can't get this figured out.
