I am a national-media business journalist and like the countless CenturyLink customers on this forum and others, I have been a victim for the last 7 months of CL's gross incompetence and total disregard for its customers. Fortunately, I have the power of the pen. I need other customers who will "go public" with me as examples of how awful CL is as a company. Please contact me directly by email Please believe me when I tell you that together we can make a difference and hold CL publicly accountable. And since they appear totally unwilling or unable to resolve their problems privately and internally and take proper care of their customers, they deserve the negative consequences of some bad publicity.
