If you're a cord cutter skip Comcast and come here. We've had Burlington Telecom for Internet and basic TV (no HD) for about 6 months now. The TV service is truly basic if you're not getting an HD box for the additional fee. Quality is nothing to write home about. However their Internet service truly is top notch. Even the 25mb service is as fast or faster than 50 mb from Comcast because the BT line is direct and not splitting the capacity between multiple customers during peak times. We started with the 25mb plan, but got an offer to upgrade to 250mb for only $10 more per month. Comcast can't match that level of service for twice the price. Once during the past 6 months the service went down for about 12 hours. Other than that it's been solid.
