For the first time in my lifetime I am completely pleased with Xfinity ' s customer service. I was greeted by a gentleman right when I walked in the door to get my name and issue. He sent me directly to Kenyon. I cannot say enough good things about Kenyon! He replaced my dvr (calling into customer service was a TOTAL bust) and help save me money on my future bills. This guy is a 5 star employee . I hope xfinity can find more resourceful and kind employees like Kenyon. They should since cable bills are outrageous! !
