Kudos to the team for good customer service. Went in on a Friday because the phone lines were down and I could not place a service request.I was visiting my elderly mother who was having problems with her TV and didn't know what to do. The staff listened to the symptoms she was experiencing and recommended a new box. Within a couple hours the new box was installed and the old equipment returned. Very easy job and zero hassle!
