This location is new to me. Once I actually located the XFINITY store, this place was packed w/ customers everywhere. All but 3 people were already waited on & in the "waiting" area. (IDK, Waiting for equipment or whatever they came in for). Only Me and two customer in front of me had not been waited on yet. In about 3 minutes it was my turn & the young lady was very efficient looking up my account & provided me w/ a new remote right away! I was there about 6 minutes total even though this place was very busy. Excellent service, employees efficient, accurate, informative & just what I needed on MY VERY BUSY ERRAND DAY!!! I'd definitely go here again expecting this ABOVE AVERAGE customer service which is very unusual these days!!!
