I was pleasantly surprised walking into the store! With cable and phone stores it's hit or miss with good service but as soon as I walked in the door it was wonderful. I was greeted name out on list of 6 but called up within 10 mins. Then in and out in the same amount of time with everything handled and no stress added!! So if you need to go don't worry it's not a bad set up!
