"This is a review about the store's employees, since I have not had the service installed yet.I am trying to place an order online for a home I am moving into, and the CS rep says that in order to finish my order, I had to visit a physical store...what? It's Sunday at 4PM, which store is going to be open and give me good service at this hour? Well, this one did, and Taneka Bailey was my personal rep, and she is outstanding. It was minutes before closing time, and she was talking to me, telling me all the services, options, etc, all with a big smile. I was rushing the process so she could go home, and she just told me to make sure I understood everything, and ran through several of the promotions with me.The process was so smooth, my account was setup immediately, and I verified it by going online and watching TV from my iPhone.Great service by Taneka, and so far very happy with the process.
