Friendly staff and the upfront pricing they provide is a plus! I’ve received several shockers from locksmiths in the past. They’ve got this innate talent to add up ridiculous charges to the final bill. In fact, one of them charged me extra because I called him up at 5:30 pm, thirty minutes after regular business hours. It was insane! Luckily, Metro Locksmith Services is different! Their charges are very nominal and their timeliness impresses me even more! Very professional and affordable! I needed a deadbolt but had mistakenly placed an order for a deadlatch. Despite placing an order for the wrong lock, John was extremely understanding, explained the difference between the two, confirmed what I needed and returned with the required lock within minutes. GREAT SERVICES!!!! Prices are pocket-friendly and they’ve also got mobile services, which means I don’t have to run from shop to shop to buy locks or other hardware. Metro Locksmith Services has made my life a lot easier! And their 24/7 service is truly remarkable. I needed a spare key to hand out to my neighbor before leaving town that night. Although it barely qualified as an emergency, these guys made no fuss about it and were at my doorstep in minutes! They didn’t even charge anything extra for calling them past midnight… They’re now officially my family locksmiths!
