The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently. After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. What’s my take on Metro Master Locksmith? They’re really good! And when I say good, it’s in terms of quality, response time, pricing, equipment, products offered, and everything else!!! I don’t think there’s any other firm in Briarcliff Manor that could compete with it! I’ve stuck to them for 4 long years, and trust me when I say this, be it assistance with a lockout or help with setting up a new lock, Metro Master Locksmith can handle it with complete professionalism! Services didn’t come off as expensive as some of the other locksmiths in Briarcliff Manor. In fact, I only paid up half of what others would have charged me for a lock and handleset installation. Smith was extremely polite, and clearly explained the various options before I made my pick. I won’t have to think twice before calling Smith and the other locksmiths from Metro Master Locksmith. Now, I don’t know how I could make up for all the trouble I put these guys through. Perhaps, this review would be a consolation! I needed a lock change and I shifted my schedule several times. I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Briarcliff Manor and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Metro Master Locksmith. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable!
