We were installing a new door, but the carpenter was having trouble installing the lock on it. Called Metro Master Locksmith and requested them to come in right away because we’d be unable to lock our door that night. They agreed and sent a locksmith to my place in less than twenty minutes. The carpenter, however, hadn’t finished his work, but Dave didn’t complain and waited patiently.
After that, it barely took Dave five minutes to install the lock. I’m blown away by their customer service. If I need a locksmith in Briarcliff Manor, NY, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them - and you shouldn’t either!

There were always two sides to a coin, likewise, when you hire a locksmith, it’s either pay high for excellent work or pay less for a shoddy job. That’s what I thought until I made the acquaintance of Metro Master Locksmith. These guys defy my notion by providing top notch service at the lowest prices. I called them after 11 pm to help me get through the jammed door, and by 11 30 pm I was back inside. The best part? I wasn’t charged a penny extra for the late night service.

What’s my take on Metro Master Locksmith? They’re really good! And when I say good, it’s in terms of quality, response time, pricing, equipment, products offered, and everything else!!! I don’t think there’s any other firm in Briarcliff Manor that could compete with it! I’ve stuck to them for 4 long years, and trust me when I say this, be it assistance with a lockout or help with setting up a new lock, Metro Master Locksmith can handle it with complete professionalism! Don’t get ripped off by other locksmiths, call them up on 914-214-9823 and try their service out yourself before you judge!!!
