Can’t thank you guys enough! After almost giving up on hope and coming to terms with reality that I’d probably have to sleep out on the porch if no locksmith turned up to open the door, Universal Locksmith Store proved to be my savior! I waited over an hour for the locksmith from some firm I found online to arrive, but he never did! I then stumbled across http://www.Wynantskill.Universal-Locksmith-Store.com, and decided to give them a call! Wish I’d chosen Universal Locksmith Store first! It only took the locksmith ten minutes to get to my place, he had the lock opened up in a trice and handed out a new set of keys! There’s no one better than Universal Locksmith Store in Wynantskill!!!!! Highly recommend their service!

Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Universal Locksmith Store. Despite John from Universal Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door!
They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Wynantskill….

It was half past midnight and I stood locked out of my car, after forgetting to take my keys with me when I stepped out for a breath of fresh air. Waving down cars that passed by seemed like a dangerous idea. And so I stood by my vehicle, smiling and waving at curious passersby, pretending that nothing was wrong! All I did was mumble vague details about the place where I was stranded; yet, they narrowed it down and reached the site within fifteen minutes.
