I do not recommend this company. I hired them in February to cut down two trees. We agreed on a price and a date. Two days before they cancelled on me. Then he told me his climber went out of town. He would call me during the weekend. I had to call him. He told me his climber will come look at the trees. The climber cancelled twice. Here it is middle of March no trees cut down. I called the owner and he told me that the climber didn't like the price that myself and the owner agreed on. I was confused and asked the owner if they were partners in the company. He said no, I gave the job to him. That was the most unprofessional act that I have ever witnessed. So, I will find a company that will come look at my trees, agree on a price and set a date to come do the work. If you are in need of work to be done in a hurry this company will not meet that expectation. I am very upset and disappointed. Very childish acts on the owner's part. I was the person doing all the calling.
