I just had the best customer service I've ever had from Comcast Xfinity. I went into this store to exchange a satellite DVR box for a hub and the representative couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I was out of the store in less than three minutes. Absolutely unprecedented compared to previous visits to other Comcast locations! Thank you and happy holidays!.I went here because my cable box stopped working and was picking up a replacement. The customer service was excellent and waiting time was minimal.
