Thanks a million for rescuing me from the precarious situation I found myself in! Had it not been for Locksmith Key Shop, I would’ve probably waited by the side of the road for a couple more hours. Jack got there quick and was even quicker with the car door unlocking. The Baltimore, OH community is lucky to have such dedicated professionals serving them. Highly recommend!

It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Locksmith Key Shop had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros. These guys rushed to my spot within minutes just so I could get a copy key made. That’s a level of service I’m yet to receive from any other company in Baltimore. Highly-recommend them for their timeliness! If you schedule an appointment with them, the only person who could be late for it is YOU and not them! Bowled over by their services! Locksmith Key Shop is no.1 in Baltimore. Definitely calling them again!

New locks meant greater expenditure and I was short on cash. I consulted Locksmith Key Shop and they suggested that I opt for rekeying instead. Fixed an appointment with them that very day. They were right on time assessed the condition of the locks and determined their suitability for the procedure. All except for one, could be rekeyed. An outdated lock had to be replaced. I was happy with the prices offered on the service, as well as the new lock and gave them the nod. Thank you for getting the job done in a cost-efficient manner.
