After reading the reviews I was reluctant to go to this location. However, we wanted to pick up our equipment instead of waiting for it to be delivered and I loved that there was even an option to do that! SO, I tried my luck on a Monday morning and there was NO line. The attendant was helpful and I was able to add another box to my account with no problem It seems like maybe they are under new management since there was a TV in the main area (saw some reviews saying there was no TV or anything to look at while waiting in line) and the manager held the door open for me while insuring I had a pleasant experience. All in all, I assume the best time to go is during the week in the morning- if you can!
