Absolutely fantastic customer service at this location. When you walk in, they greet you with hello and ask how they can help you. The woman assisting me, Ikea, was kind and funny, and within 10 minutes she had resolved my issue. Also, this location is very convenient right off the Metro, and if you drive they have a small parking lot. Troy helped me out greatly. I had some issues getting my service set up at a new location in DC and Troy took the situation personally and followed up until everything was running smoothly
