If I could have given them 0 out of 5 I would have. They finally came to our neighborhood and I was excited to try the new technology. The associate going door to door told us we were locked into a price for 2 years and they would send us a visa gift card if we signed up now. Needless to say a couple months in they raised our prices and we can't cancel unless we want to pay a massive cancelation fee. It's been almost a year and many phone calls and still no gift card. I can't WAIT til I can leave this company. I work in a customer service industry and am spreading the word on the way they are choosing to handle their business. Don't even bother starting a contract here, I would explore other options in your area.
