This place is the absolute worst example in customer service I have ever seen. I should have known since they used to be Qwest who formerly held the first spot in bad customer service up until now. They actually undercharged us for several months and then, unbeknownst to us, they more than tripled our bill. When we called to find out why, they all they could say (very rudely) was, "hey, you got free service for a few months", like that should make it ok to send such a huge bill with no prior explanation. If they would have just let us know ahead of time or weren't so rude we would probably be still dealing with their horrible television reception and service. We had to reboot our cable box pretty much daily and after several calls to their support line with no resolution we sort of gave up and just dealt with it. But you can't be expensive, have bad service AND horrible customer service. Enough is enough! Thankfully we're done with them for good and have a great cable and internet service elsewhere.
