I set up the modem... internet didn't work.  Called a rep - told me to wait 2 hours.  Still didn't work 12 hours later.  Called them to cancel COMPLETELY.  Spoke with a very nice gal but still decided to cancel since it's been such a headache.  She transferred me to someone to finalize the cancellation and transferred me to a disconnected phone number.  THEY CANNOT EVEN GET THE CANCELLATION RIGHT!!!!
