After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Estate Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional!
Hats off to Jones and his team from Estate Locksmith Store!!! Keep up the great work in Carrollton! Five stars all around!!!

I wasn’t really worried about the prices, I just needed someone to help me get into my car asap! After a dozen calls to various locksmiths, I finally called Estate Locksmith Store up on 757-656-7057. James got there in a flash! Well, not literally, but it only took him about ten minutes to get there! That was super fast! You know the best part? The prices! I had already whipped out a couple hundred bucks to hand out to him, but found the bill less than 50 bucks. I had called them up after midnight, and the fact that a firm was available in Carrollton to handle emergency requests with such rapid response, has enabled me to sleep much better at night… I highly recommend them to anyone who’s got a careless friend or relative like me! Pass on their number to them! You never know when they might misplace keys and end up needing locksmith assistance in the middle of the night!
As for Estate Locksmith Store, keep up the good work guys! And thanks a million for being there when no else was! You definitely deserve a 10 on 10 for that!!!
