Andrew from Lock Safe Services is just amazing! I called him up on a weekend, yet he didn’t hesitate to come all the way to my home in Louisville! He arrived within 20 minutes. He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out. In fact, when he was done with fixing the locks, I felt a lot more enriched with fresh locksmithing knowledge! He even gave me great advice on maintaining the locks in good condition during the winters. Will I call Lock Safe Services again? YES Should you call Lock Safe Services? DEFINITELY 10/10 for sure! Lock Safe Services is excellent!!!!

I just didn’t want to call my car dealer again to replace the faulty key fob. While technology was great, I’d gotten so used to locking/unlocking my car remotely, the lack of it was driving me nuts. Dealerships are a rip off and their slow response is even more irksome. A Honda dealer told me it’ll cost me about $200 but I wasn’t willing to spend that much. I needed someone who’d get the job done quickly and in an affordable price. I found this place online, http://www.Louisville.Lock-Safe-Services.com, which had mentioned that they handle stuff like that and decided to give them a call. I expected them to be quicker than the dealer, but definitely not this quick .They were at my place in less than twenty minutes, and I got a key fob replacement in no time. And the whole thing cost me around $70. Well worth the price! Lock Safe Services is the best in Louisville! I’m yet to try them out for home locksmithing needs, but I sure will in future. Have saved their number 502-514-4544 for good measure! Highly recommend Lock Safe Services!!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I’ve lived in Harbor City for 6 years and in these years, I’ve tried nearly all the local locksmith agencies. Few tried to rip me off, few ended up upselling useless products to me and few didn’t even have the competence to get the job done! But with Expert Locksmith Store, things were different. Highly-recommended… give them a go!
