Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Amber Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.Bristol.Amber-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Amber Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! Wish every company in Bristol, learnt something from Amber Locksmith Store. Customer service at its best!!!!

Fast and efficient! The locksmith made it on time before the meeting and managed to retrieve the files locked in the cabinet. Had it not been for Amber Locksmith Store, I would’ve missed the presentation or worse, lost my job. AMAZING SERVICE! I’ve never seen any locksmith work so fast and make keys with such precision. And not just one, these guys from Amber Locksmith Store made copy keys for a set of twelve locks, all within an hour. Great job guys!
