I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Dearborn Heights and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Locksmith Master Store. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

Nearly all of my neighbors were upgrading their locks, so I thought to myself: why shouldn’t I? Great work by Locksmith Master Store! I called them to ask for suggestions and they sent Ronnie over to my location within ten minutes. He patiently showed me the variety of options available and advised me against going for looks alone, because according to him, security was more important. I couldn’t agree with him more. A modern remote controlled lock that Ronnie recommended was fitted within an hour. It works great and also adds that futuristic appeal to my home. Thank you for the excellent work and the suggestions! If you ask me, 313-899-7798 is the only number you’ll ever need to bid goodbye to all your lock & key troubles in Dearborn Heights, MI 48127… Highly recommend!

Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Dearborn Heights, MI. Gary, the technician sent from Locksmith Master Store, even fixed the door that was slightly off-track at no added costs. Keep up the great work guys! I’ve saved their number 313-899-7798, because when I need locksmith service in the future, I’ll know who to call….
