After being tricked by the hardware store into getting cheap copy keys made, one week later one of the copy keys broke within the lock! It aggravated me beyond words! It was 9 pm then and I was worried there would be no one around for help, but clearly, I was worrying for nothing! I spoke to Jones from Gold Locksmith Store who assured me of prompt assistance. Sure enough, he got there within minutes and removed the pieces still lodged within the lock, careful not to damage anything in the process. He explained how the cheap materials used to make the key couldn’t withstand usage (Usage??? I’d barely used it for a week! ) That’ll teach me never to fall for cheap stuff again! Despite being late, Jones was nice enough to make new good-quality keys for me! Would recommend Gold Locksmith Store to all my friends, family, co-workers! Surely, they’re the best in Dearborn! You should try them out!

After a quick online search, I chose Gold Locksmith Store! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark! In my opinion, Gold Locksmith Store is the best in Dearborn and I’m definitely calling them again, if the need arises! Highly recommend their service!

I had an early flight and my lock had chosen the worst moment to get jammed. After dialing a gazillion numbers, I almost concluded that no one was gonna turn up to help at such a late hour. My home was in a remote locality in Dearborn, and it was a personal choice I’d made to ensure I get some peace and quiet. Situations like these, however, make me question if I made the right decision moving to such an inaccessible locality. Thankfully, the last number I dialed - 313-879-0030 - was of Gold Locksmith Store! Jones immediately agreed to get there and as promised, he was at my place within thirty minutes. He got the lock working again in no time. While I wasn’t worried really about the prices since I just needed the job done, it was an added bonus to know that it had cost me less than 50 bucks. Gold Locksmith Store is no doubt the No.1 locksmith company in Dearborn! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Gold Locksmith Store!
